- Registering an account on behalf of another person without valid written permission.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, freezing of balances, and legal action if appropriate.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions within the 1895 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by the platform, including local bank transfers and supported e-wallets. All deposits are subject to set minimum and maximum limits which may change from time to time. Deposited funds cannot be transferred to other users.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for deposits or one verified in your account. Withdrawals may be subject to standard processing times and eligibility conditions. 1895 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for security or identity verification purposes.
Users are solely responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing. 1895 is not liable for any delays caused by these third parties.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 1895 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 1895 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost balances, service interruptions due to technical maintenance, or third-party network failures.
In case of any disputes regarding game outcomes, the 1895 platform’s system records shall be final and binding unless a technical error is confirmed by our internal technical team.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the 1895 platform are the exclusive property of 1895 or its licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written permission from 1895.

Account Suspension & Closure
1895 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or at the platform’s sole discretion for security reasons. For accounts closed without fault, valid balances will be refunded according to the standard withdrawal procedures. However, balances related to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

Terms Changes
1895 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this site. Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the 1895 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiations.
